摘要
采用掺入法将自制纳米TiO2机械混晶体等量替换水泥制备C30混凝土,研究了混晶体不同掺量(0.5%、1%、1.5%、2%)对混凝土工作性能、抗压强度、劈裂强度、抗折强度的影响。建议在利用混晶体改善混凝土力学性能时,最佳掺量应控制在1.0%-1.5%。降解苯酚试验表明,混凝土降解率为16.1%。虽然掺入法能解决催化剂固定问题,但在保证混凝土力学性能的前提下,不能通过增加掺量的方法提高混凝土的光催化性能。
The cement was equivalent substituted by nano-TiO2 mechanical mixed crystals to prepare C30 concrete with incorporation method. Through the test about different dosage( 0. 5%,1%,1. 5%,2%) of mixed crystals effect on the working properties,compressive strength,splitting tensile strength,flexural strength,I suggested that the best dosage should be control in 1. 0% - 1. 5% when we used mixed crystals to improve the mechanical properties of concrete. The phenol degradation test results showed that,the degradation rate of concrete was16. 1%. The incorporation method could solve the problem of catalyst fixed,but,under the premise of ensuring concrete's mechanical properties,we couldn't improve the photocatalytic performance of concrete through increasing the amount of mixed crystals.
