摘要
针对交通拥堵定量分析不足的问题,以交通拥堵指数为例,对交通拥堵时间分布规律的定量分析方法进行了研究。利用散点图对全年的日交通拥堵指数进行了分析,提出交通拥堵指数虽然在短期内频繁变化;但在全年范围内表现出一定的变化趋势。基于此,利用信号滤波技术提出了年度交通拥堵指数的分析序列定义、频谱分析和滤波方法。最后,应用该方法研究了2013年度交通拥堵指数的变化规律,分析结果能够合理反映交通拥堵水平随日期的变化趋势,可以为交通拥堵治理提供决策支持。
A reasonable analysis of the traffic congestion is able to help to mitigate the congestion levels and reduce the negative effect. This research proposes a traffic performance index analysis approach to extract the variation tendency of yearly congestion. A scatter diagram is used to analyzing the relationships between traffic performance index and date of the year,finding that the traffic performance index changes very frequently while the variation tendency is evident in a yearly period. Using signal processing,the approach defines the analysis signal train,decomposes the frequency and designs a butterworth filter to process the data. The method is applied to analysis of 2013's traffic performance index data,and the result can show the yearly congestion trend and support the traffic congestion mitigation.
