摘要 基于GIS平台的电网空间资源自动化运维最重要的工作是电网空间数据的采集和优化,针对国家电网公司统一建设的GIS、PMS2.0、营销业务应用系统等基础信息平台,由于专业应用方向不同,而产生基础数据的重复录入、设备信息数量不一致、关键属性不一致、数据质量低等一系列问题,阐述了如何保障数据的一致性、规范性,提升数据数据采录的自动化程度、提高数据质量和采录效率,减少数据重复录入,减轻工作量的自动化运维的重要性和必要性。文章详细介绍了基于GIS平台和智能终端的采集、优化及运维的数据内容、系统设计思路、系统整体架构、系统分析与设计以及应用发展方向。 Acquisition and optimization of power network space data is the most important work of automation operation and maintenance of power network space resources based on GIS platform.State Grid Corporation of China has constructed several basic information platforms,such as GIS,PMS2.0 and marketing business application system.Due to the different application of professional direction,a series of problems such as duplicate entry of basic data,inconsistent of number of equipment information and key attributes,low quality of data and so on are caused.The method to guarantee the consistency and normalization of data is expounded.And the necessity and importance to enhance the automation degree of data acquisition,improve the data quality and collection efficiency,reduce the duplication of data entry,and reduce the workload of the automated operation and maintenance are discussed.In this paper,the data content,system design idea,system architecture,system analysis and design,and application development direction of data collection,optimization and operation and maintenance based on GIS platform and intelligent terminal are introduced in detail.
