摘要
最近几年,一些已经建成的配电自动化系统暴露出运行不正常、管理维护困难等问题。归纳如下:一方面是一些地区配电网网架结构、一次装备薄弱,还不具备应用配电自动化的条件,出现"超前建设";另一方面,有些系统的功能结构规划不合理、设备质量不过关,再加上供电企业对提高供电可靠性的认识不足,管理维护工作没有跟上。同时针对上述问题提出了应对措施。
There are some problems such as abnormal operation,management maintenance difficulties in the constructed distribution automation systems.On the one hand,the structure of distribution network and primary equipment in some regions are still weak.It is in the absence of applying distribution automation,making it a premature construction.On the other hand,due to the unreasonable planning of function structures of some systems,the poor quality of equipment,and insufficient recognition of power supply company to power supply reliability,the work of management and maintenance has not fulfill the requirement of distribution automation.
