摘要
光伏发电接入电网对电力系统的运行会产生影响,文章从理论层面分析了对系统继电保护的影响,对此,可以通过安装相应的过流、防孤岛、逆功率等保护措施来避免光伏发电接入对继电保护的影响。结合实例,通过采集上海某光伏发电系统实际数据,从电压波动和谐波两方面分析了对电能质量的影响。电压波动影响在1%以内,满足安全运行要求;为了避免造成谐波污染,应安装电能质量检测装置,如果谐波限值超出范围,则应加装滤波装置。
The integration of photovoltaic will impact the operation of power system.The impact on power system relay protection is analyzed theoretically.The impact could be avoided by installing devices of over-current protection,anti-islanding and reverse power protection.The impact on power quality is analyzed from two aspects of voltage fluctuation and harmonics based on the actual data collected from a photovoltaic system located in Shanghai.The result shows that value of voltage fluctuation is within the range of 1%,meeting the relevant requirements.To avoid the harmonic pollution,the power quality detection device should be installed.And if the value of voltage fluctuation is out of limits,filter units should be installed.
