摘要
采用热刺激去极化电流法(TSDC)研究了聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮(PVP)驻极体的放电原理。TSDC谱图上三个电流峰分别位于70℃,155℃和230℃附近。利用多点法拟合电流谱图后作出以下推论并进行了验证:70℃左右电流峰是来源于极性侧基运动的β峰;155℃左右则是α峰,来源于玻璃化转变时分子链段上偶极解取向,230℃左右为空间电荷ρ峰,机理是空间电荷被捕获在陷阱后受热发生的退陷阱。
The measurement of thermally stimulated the discharging process of polyvinyl pyrrolidone (PVP) depolarization current (TSDC) was adopted to investigative electret. The TSDC spectra of PVP showed three peaks lo- cated respectively at (70 ± 10) ℃, ( 150 ± 10) ℃ and (230 - 10) ℃. After fitting the current spectrum by using muhi-point method, the following inferences were made and validated: the first peak, β peak, originates from sidegroup relaxation; the second peak, α peak, corresponds to the relaxation of the frozen dipoles on the molecule chain segments during glass transition; the third peak charge under thermal stimulation. , p peak, is attributed to the detrapping of the trapped space
