摘要
提出了一种分析等离子体射流在整个工作时间内的稳定性的方法。该方法通过分离等离子体的弧压信号中稳定与不稳定的时间段,求出稳定时间段占整个工作时间的比例,进而判断等离子体射流的整体工作状态。经实验验证,该方法与等离子体射流实际工作状态相符。
A method to analysis jet stability of a home-made plasma torch was proposed. The rate of stable stability time was calculated by analyzing the arc voltages in the whole working time,and then the jet status was judged. The analysis results of the method coincide with the experimental results,which verified the correctness of the method.
