摘要 为了得到铝的爆热特征值和反应率,采用国军标GJB 772A—97中701.1绝热法测试爆热和反应率计算,对RDX/Al/黏结剂、HMX/Al/黏结剂和PETN/Al/黏结剂三类混合炸药体系进行了爆热值的测定。结果表明,铝在RDX、PETN、HMX三种配方体系和同在RDX配方体系但黏结剂含量不同时,铝爆热特征值及反应率是不同的;铝在RDX/Al/黏结剂(4%)和PETN/Al/黏结剂(4%)体系中,随着铝含量增加,铝爆热特征值和反应率在减小;铝在RDX/Al/黏结剂(16%)和HMX/Al/黏结剂(5%)体系中,随着铝含量增加,铝爆热特征值和反应率先是增加后减小。 In order to achieve the characteristic detonation heat and reaction rate of aluminum,the 701.1 adiabatic method in GJB 772A—97 has been applied to test detonation heats and the calculation of reaction rates,tested the detonation heats of RDX / Al / bond,HMX / Al / bond and PETN / Al / bond three kinds of explosive systems.Result shows that the characteristic detonation heats and reaction rates of aluminum were different in RDX,PETN,HMX three kinds of compounds,when compared with the RDX compounds that with different bond contents. In the compounds of RDX / Al / bond( 4%) and PETN / Al / bond( 4%) the characteristic detonation heat and reaction rate of aluminum increase with the increase of aluminum contents. In the compounds of RDX / Al / bond( 16%) and PETN /Al / bond( 5%) with the increase of aluminum contents the characteristic detonation heat and reaction rate of aluminum firstly increase then decrease.
