摘要 脱落酸(abscisic acid,ABA)对植物生长发育、生物与非生物胁迫的应答具有重要作用。近年研究发现ABA在植物体中引起的信号通路源于其受体的参与,以ABA受体及ABA信号通路为基础的研究成为新的研究热点。本文简略介绍了ABA受体的研究进展概况,重点介绍细胞内ABA受体PYR/PYL/RCAR蛋白对ABA信号感知和下游转导的研究进展,最后总结了PYR/PYL/RCAR介导的ABA信号通路。 Abscisic acid plays an important role in plant development as well as mediating responses to biotic and abiotic stresses. Recent studies have found that ABA-induced signaling pathways in the plant origin from the participation of its receptors, and making researchs based on ABA receptors and ABA signaling pathway become new hot spots. This paper briefly introduced the research progress of ABA receptors, and focused on the progress of intracellular ABA receptors PYR/PYL/RCAR proteins' s perception to ABA and downstream signal transduction. Finally, we also have summarized the PYR/PYL/RCAR-mediated ABA signaling pathway.
