Study on the Repair Scheme of Chekiang Road Bridge in Shanghai

上海市浙江路桥历经百年服役期,主要受力杆件锈蚀严重,安全性受到威胁,必须进行大修。依据详细的桥梁检测资料,沉降观测数据,交通调查资料以及桥梁设计老图纸,在综合考虑桥梁的文物价值、功能价值和施工艺的基础上,以"修旧如旧"为原则提出了"整体移桥"大修方案。在大修后可延长桥梁的使用年限。

The Chekiang Road Bridge in Shanghai has been in service for over 100 years,where its long service life has caused the main truss members to extensively rust.This compromises the structural integrity of the bridge,which presents serious safety concerns for pedestrians and other people within its vicinity.Consequently,there is an urgent need to begin major repair works upon the aforementioned structure.In order to establish an effective reparation plan,relevant data was collected.This includes bridge condition data(collected via electronic monitoring),sedimentation data,traffic surveys and the original technical drawing of the Chekiang Road Bridge.In adherence to the 'Repair to Origin' principles,this article presents a major reparation plan that takes into consideration the preservation of cultural relics,whilst maintaining its functioning and constitutional technology.After the Cehkiang Road Bridge undergoes the aforementioned reparation process,the service life of the structure will be significantly extended.
