摘要
水性环氧沥青材料是一种新型热固性防水黏结层材料,可以用于桥面铺装防水黏结层。在探究水性环氧沥青材料工作机理的基础上,研究评价防水黏结层高温抗剪性能、黏结性能和抗拉强度的试验方法,提出新型的附着力拉拔试验。通过与几种新型防水黏结材料进行试验对比,分析他们在技术性能方面的优缺点,其中,水性环氧沥青防水黏结材料表现出优异的力学特性。证明了水性环氧沥青是一种性能优异的新型防水黏结层材料。
The waterborne epoxy asphalt material is a new type of thermosetting composite material which can be used in bridge pavements.Based on the research of the working mechanism of waterborne epoxy asphalt material,the waterproof tack coat performance evaluation including high temperature shearing properties,the bonding performance and the tensile strength test method was discussed.A new drawing adhesion test is put forward.Through the comparison experiment with several new waterproof bonding materials,the advantages and disadvantages of waterborne epoxy asphalt material in technical performance were analyzed.This tack coat shows excellent mechanical properties.It is proved that the waterborne epoxy asphalt is a great waterproof bonding material.
