Based on a new type of urbanization in the development of new farmers training research

随着经济的发展和人们生活水平的不断提升,在传统人口由农村向城市转移的城市化基础上新型城市化出现并得到不断推广,其在强调经济发展、城市规模扩大的同时,也强调人与自然的和谐和农村与城市的协调,新型城市化对农业现代化生产提出了更高的要求,而农民作为农业发展的直接推动者,其培训效果直接关系到新型城市化的发展状态和进程,所以新型农民培训一直受到广泛关注。

with the development of economy and the rising of people＇s living standard,the traditional urbanization of population transfer from countryside to city on the basis of new urbanization appeared and get further promotion,its emphasis on economic development,urban scale at the same time,also emphasizes the harmony of man and nature and the coordination of rural and urban,new urbanization production put forward higher requirements,the modern agriculture and farmers as the direct drivers of agricultural development,the training effect is directly related to the new state of the development of the urbanization process,so the new peasant training has been widely followed.This paper based on the new type of urbanization in the development of new farmers training analysis,there exist lots of problems for the future development way to study,for the new peasants training effect meet the demand of new urbanization development.
