基于内涵建设的职业教育吸引力探究

Exploration of the Vocational Education Attraction on the Basis of Connotation Construction

2014年6月,第三次全国职业教育工作会议在北京召开,国务院下发了《关于加快发展现代职业教育的决定》,职业教育又一次迎来了前所未有的发展机遇。新形势下,增强职业教育的吸引力不仅受益于外部大环境的逐步改善,更应着力于职业教育"内生吸引力"的构建。为此,立足于职业教育的内涵建设,采用微观的视角,从专业建设、课程建设、实习基地建设、专业带头人队伍建设四个方面论述增强职业教育吸引力的对策和方法。

In June 2014,the third national vocational education conference was held in Beijing and the state council issued the documentdecision about speeding up the development of modern vocational education.The vocational education once again meets unprecedented development opportunity.Under the new situation,the enhancement of vocational education attraction benefited not only from the gradual improvement of external environment,but also from the construction of ＂inner attraction＂.This article is based on the connotation construction and uses the micro-perspective to analyze the strategies of enhancing the vocational education attraction from four aspects：the specialty construction;courses construction;practice bases construction and professional leader team construction.
