摘要
德胜钒钛1250m^3高炉2010年投产,20个风口送风,两个铁口,采用PW无料钟炉顶上料、软水密闭循环系统、水粹渣处理系统等技术。德胜钒钛1250m^3高炉在降焦比攻关过程中,从精料入炉、强化高炉操作和管理及设备改造等方面采取措施,成功突破了低品位高钒钛磁铁矿冶炼高焦比的瓶颈,解决冶炼过程中渣比高、脱硫难、炉渣黏的难点,开拓了一条小中型高炉降本的新道路。攻关前后指标对比,提高煤比达57kg/tFe,降低焦比142kg/tFe。
