摘要
通过对炼铁厂再生塔254SMo不锈钢衬板的性能进行分析,针对在腐蚀性环境使用的情况,选择合适的焊接方法及相对应的焊接材料,采取搭接接头和塞焊缝方式,制定出合理的焊接工艺和措施,保证了254SMo不锈钢衬板的安装焊接质量和使用性能要求。
Aiming at the performance for the corrosive environment, this paper selected the suit- able welding method and the corresponding welding materials, applied the overlap joint and plug weld methods and formulated the reasonable welding technology as well as the countermeasures so as to guarantee the erection welding quality and performance requirements of 254SMo stainless lining board by analyzing the performance of 254Mo stainless lining board of regenerating column in the iron making plant.
