摘要
介绍了铸件内表面或热节部位容易产生的脉纹缺陷及特征,针对公司缸体铸件不同程度存在的脉纹问题进行了分析,得出防止脉纹产生的措施为:采用宝珠砂和铬铁矿砂、添加防脉纹添加剂、在芯砂中加Fe2O3粉,采用新型防脉纹涂料。通过实际生产进行一一验证,结果发现:采用宝珠砂和铬铁矿砂、添加防脉纹添加剂和采用新型涂料这3种措施,防脉纹效果较好。又针对这3种措施进行成本对比,结果发现:使用防脉纹涂料是解决脉纹缺陷最为经济有效的措施。
The casting veins defects and features on inner surface or hot spot were introduced. The vein defect on the cylinder was analyzed. The measures to prevent that were studied as follows. Chromite sand and bauxite ceramic sand were used and addition agent was added to prevent veins. Fe2O3 powder was added in core sand and new coating paint was applied. After verify these in production,the results could be concluded as follows:the result of using chromite and bauxite ceramic sand,addition agent and new coating paint was extraordinary. In the cost comparison among them,using anti-veining veining coating was the most cost-effective way.
