摘要
为解决运维人员数量与设备运维工作量之间的矛盾,提升设备精益化管理水平,分析了变电站传统设备运维策略存在的不足,提出了一种基于设备管控级别、关注设备健康和重要性的差异化运维策略,并分析研究了此差异化运维策略的制定原则、方法和执行。通过讨论此策略在广东电网公司的应用和效果,验证了差异化运维策略适合当前电网发展和变电站设备运行要求的,具有较高的可行性、较强的可操作性。
To solve the contradiction between the operation staff number and the equipment operation workload,and improve the lean management of equipment,this paper analyzes the defects of traditional equipment operation strategy in substation,and puts forward a differential operation strategy on the basis of the equipment control level and with a focus on the equipment health and importance.Then the formulation principle,method and implementation of the differential operational strategy is discussed.The application in Guangdong Power Grid Corporation verifies that the differential operation strategy,high in feasibility and operability,is suitable for the current power grid development and the requirements of the substation equipment operation.
