摘要
随着商业建筑规模及功能的扩大,建筑负荷呈现进一步增长的趋势,与此同时商业建筑的设备智能化发展也为其参与负荷调控提供了技术支持,因此研究商业用户的需求响应成为一大热点,如何制定商业用户参与响应的策略成为现阶段用电侧亟需解决的重要问题。针对商业用户参与定额容量削减的需求响应参与模式,提出了基于需求响应效果评估的商业用户响应容量方法,通过构建包括需求响应执行情况指标和负荷削减效果指标两方面的需求响应效果评估体系,采用模糊综合评估方法进行用户需求响应效果评估,并以响应效果评分结果为分配原则,制定响应容量分配方案,最后算例分析验证了该方法的可行性。
With the expansion of size and function of the commercial buildings,building load has showed further growing trend.At the same time the development of intelligent device of commercial building provides technical support for its participation in load regulation.Therefore,the study of commercial users participating in demand response becomes a hot topic,and how to establish a participation response strategy for commercial users becomes an important problem on the electricity side.This paper aims at the demand response mode of commercial users participating in cutting fixed capacity,constructs the demand response effect evaluation system including demand response execution index and load reduction effect index,and uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to observe the result of response effect evaluation.Based on the distribution principle of response effect evaluation score,this research formulates the capacity allocation scheme of commercial users.Finally the example analysis verifies the feasibility of this proposed method.
