摘要
随着智能电网、经济调度等系统建设,对电网侧与电源侧实时交互信息(简称网源信息)的可靠性的要求不断提高。实现网源信息的评估可及时发现本厂上送信息的各类缺陷,也可在电源侧实现对各类调度调控指令的闭环评估。介绍了发电厂网源信息的评估方法,为网源信息评估的实现提供了基础。同时,还介绍了基于网源信息的高级功能应用方法。
With the development of smart grid and economical dispatch systems,there is growing demands for the reliability of real-time interactive information between the power grid and the power source(referred to herein as "grid-source information").The realization of this information evaluation can help to discover timely the deviation and defects of the uploading production information,and also achieve closed-loop evaluation of dispatching and control commands locally in power plant.This paper introduces the evaluation methods for the grid-source information of power plant,providing a basis for realizing the local evaluation on the information.Moreover,it also introduces the application of advanced function based on the information.
