柴油机消防泵在火电厂的应用与管理

Application and Management of the Diesel Powered Fire Pump in Coal-Fired Power Plant

火电厂作为火灾高危场所、消防重点保护单位,其消防供水系统中的动力除了电动消防泵外,还配置了备用柴油机消防泵。目前,一些电厂在柴油机消防泵的运维过程中存在不少技术问题和管理误区,设备不能保持良好的技术性能,在揭示这些存在问题和误区以及可能造成危害的同时,也提出了解决这些问题的一些技术和管理思路。

As a high fire-risk place and fire protection unit,a coal-fired power plant is equipped with standby diesel powered fire pump besides the electricity-driven fire pump in its fire control water supply system.But the standby diesel powered fire pump can not always keep its fine technical performance because of the mismanagement and technical problem in operation and maintenance.This paper reveals the danger caused by the problem and mismanagement,and offers some solutions.
