摘要
富马酸是最早应用到畜禽养殖中的有机酸之一,随着饲用酸化剂的使用越来越广泛,对于富马酸在饲料和养殖中的应用研究也越来越深入。文章综述了富马酸的理化特性、生物学特性及其在畜禽饲料中的应用研究进展。
Fumaric acid is one of the earliest applied to the organic acid in livestock and poultry breeding.With the increasingly wide use of feed acidification agent,the application of fumaric acid in feed and aquaculture is becoming more and more deeply.The article summarized the physical and biochemical characteristics,and the application of fumaric acid in animal feed was also discussed.
