催化重整预处理加热炉热效率低的问题及整改

摘要 通过对中国石油化工股份有限公司洛阳分公司三联合车间催化重整装置预处理H102,H103和H204等3台圆筒加热炉的燃烧器结构、燃烧状况、负压高(-220 Pa)、氧含量高(体积分数约10%)等状况的分析,找出了3台加热炉热效率低的原因:(1)加热炉炉膛及烟气系统负压高,导致烟气系统内氧的体积分数增高,最高达13%;(2)燃烧器压力降较大造成负压增高与现有风机不匹配;(3)预热器内漏等。通过采取降低燃烧器压力降或提高鼓风机压头,同时对预热器进行堵漏等措施来进一步消除存在问题,进而提高热效率。 The construction, combustion, high negative pressure ( -220 Pa), high oxygen (about 10% ) etc. of the burners of 3 cylindrical furnaces (H102, H103 and H104) in the pre-treating unit of continuous catalytic reformer in SINOPEC Luoyang Company are studied. The causes of low thermal efficiency of 3 furnaces are found out: ( 1 ) The negative pressure of furnace chamber and flue gas system is high, which leads to higher oxygen in flue gas system, and the highest is 13% ; (2) The pressure drop of burner is greater which results in increased negative pressure; (3) The preheater leaked. These problems are solved by reducing the pressure drop of burners or raising the pressure of air blower and eliminating the leaking of preheater, etc, and thermal efficiency is further improved.
