摘要
该文主要介绍针对上肢功能障碍的患者使用的基于虚拟现实的交互式上肢康复训练系统的研究,通过机械设计和力学计算,设计了康复训练系统中的减重设备部分;依据提高患者训练效果和兴趣的设计目的,结合无线三轴传感器的应用程序接口,运用Unity3D引擎进行康复训练游戏的设计。患者穿戴上传感器后能够使用减重设备进行康复游戏,完成康复训练。经实验验证,该系统能够有效的辅助患者进行康复训练并且记录患者的关节运动信息。虚拟现实训练能够提高康复训练的质量和效率。
This paper mainly introduced the research on virtual reality -based interactive upper- limb re- habilitation training system for patients with upper - extremity dysfunction. Through mechanical design and mechan- ical calculations, we designed the partial bodyweight support device part of the rehabilitation system. Based on the goal of improving patients' training effect and interest, rehabilitation games were designed through combining with the application program interface of Wireless triaxial sensor and using Unity3 D engine. Patients can use the partial bodyweight support device to play rehabilitation game and complete rehabilitation training after wear sensors. The experiments show that this virtual reality - based interactive upper - limb rehabilitation system will be effectively assist patients with rehabilitation training and recording joint movement information of patients. The quality and effi- ciency of rehabilitation training will be evidently improved with the introduction of virtual reality technology.
