中药黄芪的超细粉碎技术研究

摘要 该文介绍了振动磨机和气流粉碎机两种试验台的粉碎机理和工艺流程。并用于中药黄芪的粉碎,并采用激光粒度仪对被粉碎黄芪的颗粒粒度进行分析。结果显示,采用振动研磨粉碎试验台得到的黄芪颗粒粒度较小、粒径分布较宽;而采用气流粉碎机粉碎得到的黄芪颗粒粒度较大、粒径分布较窄,且无温升影响,更适合中药黄芪的加工粉碎。 The article introduced the milling mechanism and technological progress of vibrated mill and jet mill. In this study, laser particle analyzer was used to analysis the particle size so as to discuss the difference between different milling patterns. The results showed that the astragalus membranaceus particles had small size and wide size distribution when it was grinded by vibrated mill; while the astragalus membranaeeus particles had big size and narrow size distribution by jet mill and temperature increase had no infuence on particle size, which illustrated that jet mill was suitable for astragalus membranaeeus milling.
