如何解决电子商务纠纷,保护消费者权益,迫切需要完善与之相关的法律体系和法律环境建设。文章以日本互联网交易法律体系为主要考察对象,通过对日本电子商务领域中消费者法律保护体系与可鉴之规的分析,提出以完善我国电子商务领域消费者保护体制和改善网络环境的应对之策。

The paper focus on how to resolve dispute of electronic commerce and protect legal rights of consumer,propose that we need to consummate the system and environment of relative law.The paper takes the trade law system of Japan in Internet as an example,analyzes the protection law system for consumer in electronic commerce in Japan,and offers some recommendations to perfect our protection law system for consumers in China and upgrade Internet economy of China.
