摘要
通过分析现有非饱和土劈裂注浆压力计算模型,得出其主要计算参数为土的粘聚力、内摩擦角及回弹模量,根据室内抗剪强度直剪试验,获得了粘性土粘聚力与含水率的半对数关系、内摩擦角与含水率的线性关系。根据全国9个地区的粘性土现场承载板试验,得到了基于压实度、稠度的粘性土回弹模量综合计算式,进而提出基于含水率、压实度的粘性土路基劈裂注浆压力预估计算方法。通过邵怀高速公路注浆工程实例的现场实测值与理论计算值进行对比,验证了预估计算方法。
Based on the analysis of existing pressure calculation model for fracture grouting on unsaturated soil,it is known that soil cohesive force,angle of internal friction and modulus of resilience are main calculation parameters.Through a laboratory direct shear test,it is concluded that the moisture content is in the semi-logarithmic regression relationship with cohesive force of cohesive soil and in the linear regression relationship with internal friction angle. The plate load tests with the cohesive soil from 9 regions of the country led to a comprehensive regression formula obtained for the resilient modulus based on the compaction degree and density of cohesive soil. Then,a pressure estimation method for fracture grouting on cohesive soil roadbed was put forward,which has been then verified by the comparison between the measured value and theoretical value for Shao-Huai highway project.
