摘要
对油酸钠(A0)和新型改性脂肪酸类捕收剂A6的粒度和溶解特性进行了研究,结果表明,在常温、低温(15~30℃)条件下,相对于A0,A6具有更好的分散性和溶解性,所以更易于与矿物作用。浮选试验结果表明,A6对含铁硅酸盐矿物绿泥石的浮选捕收作用明显优于油酸钠,具有显著的选择性和较好的浮选温度适应性。
Research results of particle size and solubility properties of sodium oleate( A0) and a newly-modified fatty acid collector A6 show that A6 possesses better dispersibility and solubility than A0 at normal or low temperatures( 15 ~ 30 ℃),and it is more liable to react with the minerals. The flotation test shows that,compared with A0,A6 is more favorable in terms of collecting chlorite,an iron-bearing silicate ore,and exhibits pronounced selectivity,better adaptability to flotation temperature.
