摘要
针对湿法冶金浸出液除铁方法存在的缺点进行了研究,通过调节p H值、温度、加入双氧水的速度,研究了类针铁矿沉淀结晶的最佳条件,并在此基础上,研究了褐铁矿晶种对类针铁矿沉淀结晶的影响。结果表明,在80~85℃,p H=2.4~2.8时,以8 m L/h的速度缓慢加入30%的双氧水,除铁效果较好;褐铁矿晶种的加入有利于类针铁矿在其表面二次成核,形成大颗粒包裹体。
Problems existed in current methods of hydrometallurgical leaching solution for deferrization was discussed. By adjusting pulp p H and temperature,and regulating the adding speed of H_2O_2,optimum conditions for precipitating crystallization of glass goethite were developed and the influence of limonite seed on the crystallization was studied. Good deferrization effect can be obtained with a pulp temperature at 80 ~ 85 ℃,p H value at 2.4 ~ 2.8,and by adding H_2O_2( 30%) at the speed of 8 m L/h. Furthermore,the added limonite seed is conducive to the secondary nucleation of glass goethite thereon to form large inclusions.
