摘要
对湖南某湿法炼锌厂含银325 g/t的锌浸出渣进行了浮选回收银试验研究。为了消除锌离子对含银矿物浮选的不利影响,采用二次造浆工艺,以丁铵黑药为捕收剂,同时利用乳化煤油的聚团作用增强对细粒级银的回收,通过一粗一精二扫浮选工艺,最终获得银品位为2 476.50 g/t、回收率80.06%的银精矿,实现了锌浸出渣中银的回收利用。
Flotation tests were conducted to recover silver from zinc leaching residue containing 325 g / t of silver from a zinc hydrometallurgy factory in Hunan Province. An ore washing and pulp re-mixing process was introduced to eliminate the adverse effect of zinc ions on flotation of silver-bearing minerals. A flowsheet comprising of one stage of roughing,one stage of cleaning and two stages of scavenging with ammonium dibutyl dithio phosphate as the collector was adopted,together with the agglomeration effect of emulsified kerosene to enhance the recovery of fine silver minerals,resulting in a silver concentrate with silver content and recovery of 2 476.50 g / t and 80.06%,respectively,reclaimed from this zinc leaching residue.
