卡拉拉精矿在鞍钢球团生产中的应用研究

摘要 结合鞍钢实际,探讨了澳大利亚卡拉拉铁精矿应用于鞍钢球团生产的可行性。结果表明:卡拉拉精矿可用于鞍钢球团生产,适宜的配矿方案为75%卡拉拉精矿配加25%精矿A,最佳焙烧制度为:预热温度950℃、预热时间8 min,焙烧温度1 250℃、焙烧时间10 min。综合考虑卡拉拉精矿的特性和鞍钢球团生产工艺条件,卡拉拉精矿配比可以提高到90%。 In view of the Ansteel's practical situation,the feasibility of Karara concentrate being utilized in the Ansteel's pellet production was investigated through a series of experiments. Results show that Karara concentrate can be used in the Ansteel's pellet production with the proportions of it and concentrate A in the blended feeding,respectively at 75%and 25%. And the optimal roasting conditions for it include the preheating at 950 ℃ for 8 min and roasting at 1 250 ℃for 10 min. With characteristics of Karara concentrate and the specific conditions of pellet production process in Ansteel taken into the comprehensive consideration,the proportion of Karara concentrate in the blended feeding could be increased to 90%.
