刚果(金)某铜钴矿萃取三相物处理技术研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了有效处理湿法炼铜萃取工段中的三相物,综合回收有机相,降低企业的生产成本,刚果(金)某铜钴冶炼企业进行了三相物处理技术研究。采用卧螺离心机处理系统替代原有的板框压滤机后,萃取剂耗量从3 kg/t_铜降至2.5 kg/t_铜。另外,该系统能达到无人值守的要求,运行维护成本得到大幅降低;澄清室连续运行时间延长;阴极铜质量得到提高。 An experimental study was conducted for the technique of processing crud for some smelter in Congo( DRC),for the purpose of reducing the enterprise cost by comprehensively recovering organic phase. A horizontal spiral centrifuge was adopted instead of existing plate and frame filter press in the experiment,with the consumption of extraction agent reduced from 3 kg / t_(Cu)to 2. 5 kg / t_(Cu). Furthermore,such processing technique has resulted in the maintenance costs dramatically reduced due to whole processing system unattended by person,plus the longer continuous operating time of solvent extraction plant and the improved quality of copper cathode.
