摘要
压载水专用设备在寸土寸金的狭小空间使用,应尽量缩小其体积,而且压载水的排放标准极其苛刻,对过滤器的功能有更高的要求。提出了采用卧式自动反冲洗过滤器的构思,确定反冲洗结构方案,设计过滤器的滤网、筒体和反冲洗部件,通过Matlab机构运动学分析软件对吸嘴在滤网上的运动进行分析,在此基础上应用Pro/E对其三维建模,并对滤筒内的流场进行压损分析,通过相关实验,验证了设计的合理性,为该类产品设计提供参考依据。
Ballast water special equipment should be considered in the limited use case of dealing with the high cost of land. The volume should be reduced, and ballast water discharge standard is strict, having higher requirements on the function of the filter. This paper proposes a concept using horizontal automatic backwash fil ter. The design identified backwash structure plan and created a detailed design of the filter screen, filter cylinder and the backwash components. Mat- lab institution simulation motion analysis software is used to analyze the movement of the nozzle on the filter applied on this basis. On this basis, Pro/E is used for three - dimensional modeling. The flow field and cartridge pressure loss within the cylinder is also analyzed. This paper proposes u- sing horizontal automatic backwash filter conception.
