摘要
利用三维建模软件UG建立了50mm交叉滚柱导轨运动台三维模型,利用有限元分析软件ANASY Workbench14对交叉滚柱导轨运动台进行模态频率和振型分析,详细研究了模态分析过程中接触单元设置、导轨初始预压对模态分析的影响。设计了200mm交叉滚柱导轨运动台,进行了模态分析及测试,验证了仿真分析方法的有效性,为交叉滚柱导轨运动台的设计提供重要依据。
3 -D model of 50mm crossed- roller bearings motion stage was developed using UG software and modal frequency and shape were ana- lyzed using ANSYS Workbench 14 software. The impact of the contact type and pre- compaction on the modal are studied in detail. A 200mm crossed - roller bearing motion state is designed, the modal is analyzed and tested, a basis for the design of crossed - roller motion stage is provided.
