铁粉软磁粉芯制备工艺的研究进展

Research progress of preparation of Fe powder soft magnetic core

目前,铁粉软磁粉芯已应用于汽车ABS刹车伺服马达、冰箱冷却系统中无活塞冷却器的电动机定子及无刷伺服电机等中。综述了近年来铁粉软磁粉芯的制备工艺研究进展,包括粉末制备、绝缘包覆、压制成形和热处理几个环节,总结了软磁复合材料的主要性能特点。最后简要地对将来研究方向提出几点看法。

Now the soft composites are applied in the automobiles and household appliances such as ABS brake mo- tors, refrigerator compressor motors and brushless servo motors. The process of iron powder soft magnetic com- posites in recently years was introduced which includes the preparation of iron powder, insulating coating, com- pression and heat treatment. And then the main properties of soft magnetic composites were summarized. At last some opinions on following researching directions were pointed out.
