弱视患儿遮盖治疗前后双眼视觉状况的对比分析

Comparative analysis of the binocular vision condition in children with amblyopia before and after the occlusion therapy

目的:了解遮盖治疗对双眼视觉发育的影响。方法:将弱视病例276例(513眼)按年龄分组进行遮盖治疗。在治疗过程中每月检查视力,每3个月检查同时知觉、融合功能、远立体视、近立体视锐度及双眼总和视觉诱发电位。结果:弱视治愈率为81.3%。治疗后黄斑立体视锐度、双眼同时知觉、融合范围和定性远立体视觉均较治疗前有明显改善(P<0.01)。治疗后双眼总和P-VEP较治疗前好转(P<0.05)。结论:合理的遮盖治疗可促进双眼视功能进一步发育。

Objective：To learn the effect of occlusion therapy on the development of the binocular visions of children.Methods：276 cases（513 eyes）of amblyopia were grouped and conducted occlusion therapy in the order of ages,and the results were perspectively studied.During the therapy course,monthly-check eyesight was performed for patients.Meanwhile,checks of simultaneous perceotion,fusion functions,far stereopsis,near stereopsis sharpness,and binocular summation of visual evoked potential were examined every 3month.Results：The curative rate of amblyopia was 81.3%.After the therapy,macular stereoscopic sharpness,fusion range,qualitative far stereo vision had been significantly improved（P〈0.01）.Binocular summation P-VEP had taken for the better compared with that before the therapy（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Reasonable occlusion therapy can further promote the development of the binocular vision functions.
