不同禁欲时间对少精、弱精精液质量的影响

Effect of different abstinence period on the less refined,weak sperm semen quality

目的：探讨不同禁欲时间对少精、弱精精液质量影响效果。方法：对100例少精、弱精症患者的精液进行分析,比较不同禁欲时间对少精、弱精患者精液质量影响。结果：少精患者短时禁欲精液量、精子总数、精子密度、a＋b级精子百分率均低于长时禁欲,精子正常形态率高于长时禁欲。弱精患者短时禁欲精子总数、精子密度低于长时禁欲,精子形态正常形态率及a＋b级精子百分率均高于长时禁欲。结论：少精症患者禁欲5～7d精液质量较好,弱精症患者禁欲2～4d精液质量较好。

Objective：To discuss the effect of different abstinence period on the less refined,weak sperm sperm quality.Methods：100 cases of the less refined,asthenozoospermia patients were selected in the study.All patients＇ semen were analyzed,and the effect of different abstinence period on the low sperm,weak sperm quality was compared.Results：For the less refined sperm patients adopting short-term abstinence,the semen volume,total sperm count,sperm density,percentages of a＋b grade sperm were lower than those long period abstinence patients,while sperm normal morphology was higher than that of the long period abstinence patients.However,for the weak sperm patients adopting short-term abstinence,the total sperm count and sperm density were lower than those patients for long period abstinence,but normal morphology and the percentages of a＋b grade sperm are higher.Conclusion：After 5 to 7 dabstinence for the less refined sperm patients,2 to 4d for the weak sperm patients,they may have better quality semen.
