自拟中药养阴扶正解毒方联合胸腺肽肠溶片治疗复发性生殖器疱疹疗效观察

Curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine of detoxification decoction for nourishing ying and strengthening body resistance combined with thymopeptide enteric-coated tablets on the treatment of recurrent genital herpes

目的:观察自拟中药养阴扶正解毒方联合胸腺肽肠溶片治疗复发性生殖器疱疹的复发率。方法:将70例复发性生殖器疱疹患者分为2组,对照组35例,口服泛昔洛韦250mg,3次/d,共10d,胸腺肽肠溶片20mg,2次/d,连服1个月。治疗组35例,在对照组基础上加服自拟中药养阴扶正解毒方。治疗结束后随访6个月。结果:治疗组复发率17.14%,对照组复发率51.43%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自拟中药养阴扶正解毒方联合胸腺肽肠溶片治疗能明显降低复发率,疗效较好。

Objective：To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine of detoxification decoction for nourishing ying and strengthening body resistance combined with thymopeptide enteric-coated tablets on the treatment of recurrent genital herpes.Methods：70 patients with recurrent genital herpes were equally divided into 2 groups,the treatment group were administered with 250 mg oral famciclovir,3 times a day,a total of 10 days,combined with traditional Chinese medicine of detoxification decoction for nourishing ying and strengthening body resistance and 20 mg thymopeptide enteric-coated tablets,twice a day,for 1 month consecutively based on the treatment for the antrol group;while the control group were given only 250 mg oral famciclovir,3 times a day for a total of 10 days,together with 20 mg thymopeptide enteric-coated tablets,twice a day for 1 month consecutively.All patients had been followed up for 6 months after the end of the treatment.Results：The recurrence rate in the treatment group and the control group was 17.14 and 51.43% respectively,which was of statistically difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Traditional Chinese medicine of detoxification decoction for nourishing ying and strengthening body resistance combined with thymopeptide enteric-coated tablets has gained better curative effect and can significantly reduce the recurrence rate.
