摘要
目的:探讨手术室视频在学龄前患儿择期手术术前访视中的应用。方法:选择80例将要进行择期手术的患儿,分为常规访视组(A组)40例:按照整体护理和优质护理要求常规访视;视频访视组(B组)40例:在常规访视的基础上,播放视频并讲解手术室接送和麻醉流程、配合方法和要点等。手术后评测护理人员对患儿配合的满意度、患儿家属对访视的满意度。结果:护士对患儿配合满意度,B组较A组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患儿家属对术前访视满意度,B组较A组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:视频访视可以提高学龄前患儿的配合程度,增加患儿家属对术前访视的满意度。
Objective:To investigate the application of individual videos to preschool preoperative children during interviews.Methods:80 preschool children were randomized into two groups,the traditional preoperative interview(Group A,40 cases)and the video preoperative interview group(Group B,40 cases).Regular visits were performed for Group A,while video-playing,including the explanation of the transfers and anesthesia process the operating room,and the cooperative methods,were applied to Group B on the basis of regular visits.The satisfaction degree of the nurses on the patients' cooperation,and of the the patients' parents on the video interviews in the each group were evaluated.Results:The nurses were satistisfied with the children's cooperation,and Group B had significant higher satisfaction scores than Group A,which was of statistical difference(P〈0.05);also,the patients' parents were satisfied with the preoperative video interview,and Group B had significant higher satisfaction scores than Group A,which was of statistical difference(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Individual video interview can improve the preschool children's cooperation,and increase the satisfaction degrees of the patients' parents.
