护理干预对肝癌TACE术后患者生命质量的影响

Effect of nursing intervention on the quality of life for TACE postoperative patients with liver cancer

目的:探讨护理干预对肝癌介入治疗(TACE)术后患者生命质量的影响。方法:将我院收治的186例原发性肝癌患者随机分为干预组和对照组各93例,对照组采取常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上加强心理行为干预、疼痛干预、自我管理饮食干预、术后发热的干预、术后胃肠道反应干预的综合护理干预措施。结果:干预组患者的疼痛评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);干预组患者治疗3个月后生命质量评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对肝癌TACE术后的患者采取综合护理干预措施,能减轻疼痛,利于肝癌TACE术后患者的身心健康,有效地提高患者的生命质量。

Objective：To investigate the effect of nursing interventional treatment on the quality of life of TACE postoperative patients with liver cancer.Methods：186 patients with primary hepatic carcinoma in our hospital were randomized into the intervention group（93 cases）and the control group（93 cases）.Patients in both groups received routine care,while the intervention group received comprehensive nursing intervention,including psychological and behavior intervention,pain intervention,self-care management of the diet intervention,the intervention of postoperative fever and postoperative gastrointestinal reaction intervention.Results：The pain score of the patients in the intervention group was significantly lower than that of patients in the control group（P〈0.05）;the quality of life score of the patients in the intervention group was significantly higher than that of patients in the control group after three months＇ treatment（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The TACE postoperative comprehensive nursing intervention measures taken for cancer patients can alleviate the patients＇ pain,be conducive to promoting the physical and mental health of TACE postoperative patients with liver cancer,and can effectively improve the quality of life for patients.
