小儿脑瘫选择性脊神经后根切断术后的康复护理

Rehabilitation nursing for children with cerebral palsy after selective posterior rhizotomy

目的:评价小儿脑瘫选择性脊神经后根切断术后实施优质护理后的临床效果。方法:将选择性脊神经后根切断术治疗脑痉挛型脑瘫的100例患儿随机分为两组,每组50例。对照组给予常规康复护理,研究组在对照组基础上同时辅以优质康复护理。结果:研究组患儿的临床疗效,ADL评分,心理活动SAS评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对小儿脑瘫选择性脊神经后根切断术后患儿给予优质康复护理,能够促进患儿康复,是一种安全、有效的护理措施。

Objective：To evaluate the clinical effect of rehabilitation nursing on children with cerebral palsy after selective posterior rhizotomy（SPR）.Methods：100 cases of cerebral palsy children treated with SPR were randomized into the control group and the study group.The control group were given conventional nursing,while the study group were provided with high quality rehabilitation nursing on the basis of conventional nursing.Results：The patient＇s clinical curative effect,ADL scores,SAS score of psychological activities in the observation group were superior to those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The high quality rehabilitation nursing is a safe and effective measure,and it is able to promete the recovery of the patients.
