摘要
目的:比较2种不同方法清洗医疗器械的清洗效果。方法:将回收的350件医疗器械随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组175件采用多酶清洗剂浸泡加超声波清洗机清洗,对照组175件采用人工机械清洗。结果:器械清洗洁净度目测观察组为97.71%,对照组为57.71%,光源放大镜观察组为90.85%,对照组为30.28%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组的器械表面、关节轴和齿槽的污渍清洗阳性率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用超声波加酶清洗器提高清洗质量,可有效控制医院感染。
Objective:To evaluate the cleaning effect of two different ways on rinsing and disinfecting the medical equipments.Methods:350 pieces of recycled medical equipment were randomized into the observation group and the control group equally.The observation group adopted soak cleaning methods of multi-enzyme detergent together with ultrasonic cleaner,while the control group adopted artificial mechanical cleaning.Results:By eye observation,the cleanliness of the equipment rinsing and disinfecting was 97.71% in the observation group and 57.71% in the control group,while observed by light-source magnifying glasses,the cleanliness of the equipment rinsing and disinfecting was 90.85% in the observation group and 30.28% in the control group,which were of statistical differences(P〈0.05).The stain cleaning positive rate of the equipment surface,joint axis and cogging was lower than that of the control group,which was of statistical difference(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The cleaning methods of multi-enzyme detergent together with ultrasonic cleaner can improve the rinsing quality and effectively control the hospital infection.
