摘要新加坡作为东南亚地区小国取得了骄人成就,而其立国之本主要是靠智慧,其中各种智库发挥了非常重要的作用。新加坡综合性国际问题智库主要有东南亚研究所、东亚研究所、防务与战略研究所、南亚研究所、政策研究所、新加坡国际事务研究所等。新加坡多数著名智库都属于政府部门设立的研究机构,有着政府需求、依托大学、分工合作、专业开放等共同的特点。总体来讲新加坡智库运作都比较成功,主要的经验可以归纳为定位准确、高管参与、独立管理、人才为先等几个方面。新加坡智库的各种经验和教训对我国目前培育和建设新型智库应该具有参考和借鉴意义。 Singapore has been successful in its national development from a small country in the region. Singapore＇s success has been relying upon its wisdom and intelligence so the think tank＇s role is extremely important in this process. Comprehensive ISAS, SIIA and so on. They are think tanks for the international affairs in Singapore are the ISEAS, EAI, IDSS, sharing the common characteristics of a government requirement, combination with the Universities, cooperation with differences, openness and profession. Their experience can be summarized as clear position fix, high official engagement, independent flexible management and highly qualified people. They may be beneficial for the new type of Chinese think tank building at the current stage.
