废铁屑处理铬渣淋滤液中Cr(Ⅵ)实验 被引量:2

摘要 为对铬渣淋滤液进行处理,以锦州铬渣堆场铬渣为研究对象,以"以废治废"为研究目标,采用室内静态试验方法,进行了用废铁屑代替传统硫酸亚铁处理含Cr(Ⅵ)废水实验研究.实验结果表明,在酸性介质(特别考虑废酸)中废铁屑能将剧毒的Cr(Ⅵ)还原成毒性极微的Cr(Ⅲ);208 mg/L的高质量浓度含Cr(Ⅵ)废水最佳反应条件为废铁屑用量为40 g,p H值3.0,反应时间4 h,振荡速度150转/min,去除率达到96.5%,在解毒同时,为后续加碱沉淀Cr(Ⅲ)创造良好条件. In order to study the treatment of chromium slag leachate, this paper took the chromium slag in chromium slag yard of Jinzhou as the object of research, "Using waste to treat waste" as research aim, and adopted the indoor static test method in this study. The use of scrap iron to replace the traditional ferrous sulphate treatment Cr(VI) containing wastewater was investigated experimentally. The experimental results show that in acidic medium(especially considering the waste acid), scrap iron can be highly toxic Cr(VI) reduced to minimal toxicity of Cr(III); For high concentration of wastewater containing 208 mg/L Cr(VI), the optimum reaction conditions for iron scrap dosage is 40 g, p H value 3, reaction time 4h, oscillation speed of 150r/min, corresponding removal rate reached 96.5%. It creates favorable conditions for the follow-up alkali precipitation of Cr(Ⅲ), at the same time Cr(VI) detoxification.
