摘要
为研究混凝土薄壁方箱楼盖的受力性能,并分析其在满足承载性能和使用功能要求条件下薄壁方箱楼盖的合理跨度.采用有限元分析方法,分别建立10种不同跨度的混凝土薄壁方箱楼盖和普通实心楼盖模型.通过对比分析,研究在不同载荷作用下两种楼盖的力学特性.结果表明:6.3~15.9 m的跨度范围内,在竖向载荷作用下,相同厚度的薄壁方箱楼盖和普通实心楼盖相比,10.5~15.9 m跨度内两种楼盖的竖向挠度差值较大,薄壁方箱楼盖随着跨度的增长挠度增加较快,楼盖的整体刚度变化不大.在此跨度内应用薄壁方箱楼盖,不但满足规范规定的挠度限值要求,而且要比实心楼盖节省材料,减轻结构自重,是较为合理的结构形式.
To study the stress performance of the concrete thin-walled box floor and to analyze its reasonable span of the thin-walled core box floor under the condition of meeting requirements of bearing performance and functional, this paper used finite element analysis method, and established 10 different spans of the concrete thin-wall core box floor and ordinary solid floor. The mechanical properties of two kinds of floor in different load were studied through the comparison and analysis. Results show that with the span of 6.3~15.9 m, under the vertical load, compared the thin-wall core box floor with the solid floor in the same thickness, the vertical deflection difference of two floor is bigger in the span of 10.5~ 15.9 m, and the deflection of the thin-wall core box floor increases quickly as the growth of the span. The change of whole floor stiffness is not big, and in this span the application of thin-walled box floor saves material and reduces weight more than solid floor, which is relatively reasonable structural form.
