摘要
搭建了加速渗氢试验装置和氢含量测试装置,对20g材料氢扩散规律进行研究并测试氢含量对材料力学性能的影响。结果表明,材料的强度和塑性随氢含量的增加而下降,但屈服强度下降并不明显。当充氢电流和充氢时间达到一定程度时材料中可扩散氢含量不再增加,进入钢中的大量氢原子在夹杂等缺陷处聚集成氢分子,随着氢浓度的增大,钢材的氢损伤程度也越严重。
Electrochemical hydrogen charging device and measurement of the released hydrogen device were set up. Hydrogen diffusion regularity of 20g material and the influence of hydrogen on material me- chanics behavior were researched. The results showed that hydrogen in the steel induced decline of strength and plasticity with the increase of hydrogen, but the yield strength does not decrease significant- ly. When charging current and time reached to a certain extent, the diffused hydrogen content in the steel no longer increased, the hydrogen atoms formed hydrogen molecules at some defects such as inclusions. With the increase of hydrogen concentration, the hydrogen damage degree of steel becomes serious.
