摘要 根据配电网内不平衡负荷的特征,以负荷不平衡的全局优化治理为目标分两种情况探讨不平衡问题的治理与责任判定:当网内不平衡负荷连接点较集中、功率较大时,可针对这些特定负荷加装静态无功发生器(SVG)从源头进行治理,所提负荷的不平衡度量化分析方法则有助于更准确地定位不平衡负荷源;当网内不平衡负荷连接点较分散、功率较小时,为实现全局角度的优化治理,通过网络建模和灵敏度分析,提出了SVG安装位置和控制指令的优化设计方案,同时利用向量叠加的方式设计了更为合理的多不平衡源责任分摊方案。为配电网不平衡问题的有效解决提供了更为全面、合理的思路。 This paper focuses on the problem of unbalanced load in electrical distribution networks,where techniques named optimized compensation and responsibility allocation were analyzed for two types of networks. For the first type whose unbalanced loads are featured as large power rate and centralized connection,installing SVG at load side is an efficient method to deal with problem of unbalance. But this method is realized on the basis of well allocating unbalanced loads,and this target is achieved by the proposed unbalance quantifying scheme. For the second type whose unbalanced loads are decentralized,optimized compensation is obtained through skillfully designed installing location and control reference for SVG,and moreover,responsibility allocation for multiple loads is also analyzed by means of vector superposition. With these techniques,the problem of unbalanced loads in electrical distribution networks could be resolved in a more reasonable manner.
