泪小点栓子植入术后致泪小管慢性肉芽肿一例

摘要 患者,女,57岁,2014年5月21日因“左眼泪小点栓子植入术后4年,眼睑红肿,溢泪伴分泌物多2年余”来厦门大学附属眼科中心就诊.患者2010年4月于外院诊断为“双眼干眼”,予双眼上泪点植入SmartPlug（美国Medennium公司）栓塞术.患者术前泪道通畅,术后1周予抗生素滴眼液滴眼.
