摘要
由于投资和管理体制不同,我国道路桥梁投资建设项目分为市政工程和公路工程,分属于住建部和交通运输部进行建设和行业管理,在造价管理方面,两大部均有不同的定额体系和计价模式。就公路工程清单预算套用市政定额问题从07公路工程定额与广东省市政工程综合定额的不同,套用市政定额涉及费用调整方法等方面进行了论述,对如何套用市政工程综合定额编制公路工程量清单,进行了探讨。
Following different investment and management system, the road and bridge construction projects in China have been divided into municipal engineering and highway engineering, which belongs to Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Construction and Ministry of Transportation respectively, which has different quota system and budget mode. In this paper, as far as the highway engineering budget list applying municipal quota is concerned, being based on the difference between 07 highway engineering quota and municipal engineering comprehensive quota of Guangdong Province, cost adjustment method applying the municipal quota has been discussed, some suggestions on how to apply the municipal engineering comprehensive quota on highway engineering bill budget have been proposed.
