摘要
多种优化原则和约束条件下的水火电力系统优化调度运行水平,即调度运行达到生产、经济效益和生产有效性的统一,是电力系统运行的焦点问题。介绍数据包络分析理论,并给出利用该理论分析电厂生产有效性指标值的具体步骤。构建了IEEE57节点网络,通过分别计算网络中火电系统、水电系统和水火电力系统电厂在各调度时段内的生产有效性指标,分析了从部分到全部电厂的工作有效性,找到了非数据包络分析有效的电厂。非数据包络分析有效电厂的生产有效性提升空间给调度决策者提供了制定未来能源规划方案的依据。
The optimal dispatching operation level of hydro & thermal power system under multiple optimization principles and constraint conditions, that is the dispatching operation reached the unity of production, economic benefit and production effectiveness, is the focus problem of power system operation. The data envelopment analysis (DEA) theory is introduced, and the specific step of analyzing production effectiveness index of power plant by using the theory is given. The 1EEE57 nodes network is constructed, by calculating separately the production effectiveness index of power plant in every dispatching time section in thermal power system, in hydropower system and in hydro & thermal power system, the working effectiveness from part of power plants to all power plants are analyzed, and the non DEA effective power plant are found. The improvement space of production effectiveness in non DEA effective power plants provided reference to dispatching decision makers for making future energy planning schemes.
