负压筛法分析脱硫用石灰石粉细度初探 被引量:2

摘要 脱硫用石灰石粉的细度对火电厂石灰石/石膏湿法烟气脱硫系统的脱硫效率影响很大,但目前国内尚无标准对脱硫用石灰石粉细度分析方法做出统一规定。为找到最优的石灰石粉细度分析方法,通过实验初步验证了负压筛法用于脱硫用石灰石粉细度分析的可行性和便捷性。实验结果表明,该方法自动化程度较高,在同一实验室内或多个实验室间的分析结果的相对标准偏差均小于5%,满足分析要求。初步研究认为,负压筛法可作为广西区内各火电厂分析脱硫用石灰石粉细度的新方法。 The fineness of desulfurization used limestone powder has great influence on desulfurization efficiency of limestone/ gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization system in thermal power plant, but now there have not standards to make unified regulations for the fineness analysis method of desulfurization used limestone powder in china. In order to find the optimal fineness analysis method of limestone powder, the feasibility and convenience of negative pressure sieve method which is used in fineness analysis of desulfurization used limestone powder were preliminary verified by tests. Test results showed that the method has higher automation level, and relative standard deviations of analysis results are less than 5% either in same laboratory or between several laboratories, which satisfied analysis requirements. Preliminary study considered that negative pressure sieve method can be used as a new method to analyze the fineness of desulfurization used limestone powder by every power plant in Guangxi.
